WE ARE NOW OFFERING VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS! A new service so you can visit with your Westown Veterinary Clinic veterinarian virtually, without leaving the comforts of your home.

SETTING UP A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT IS EASY:

1. GIVE US A CALL

Call the front desk at the desired location to schedule a Virtual Appointment with your veterinarian. Your payment will be obtained over the phone.

2. WE SEND YOU A LINK

We’ll email you a link and password for your Virtual Appointment using the popular video conferencing software Zoom on your phone or home computer. Click the link at the time of your Virtual Appointment, you will be taken to the “Waiting Room”. Your veterinarian will add you to the meeting when they are ready to see you.

3. VIDEO CHAT WITH YOUR VETERINARIAN

Your veterinarian will determine your pet’s needs — such as medication for pick up, pet drop off for tests or treatments, or continued monitoring at home.
